• All DNA frozen products are Final Sale no exceptions!!

• Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable on returns or exchanges.

• All claims (wrong items shipped, damaged shipped goods, incorrect pricing) must be made within 10 calendar days of receipt of goods, NO EXCEPTIONS!!

• We will gladly refund or exchange any UNOPENED products returned within 30 calendar days of purchase. This excludes all DNA Frozen Products. All refunds will be issued to the original pay method.

• All returns and exchanges must be approved in advanced by achangeoffaceskincare.com (714-376-1256). Unauthorized returns and exchanges will be shipped back at customers expense.

• No returns or exchanges after 30 calendar days, no exceptions!

• No returns on opened Skincare products and/or Cosmetics.
